Shipping & Returns 

When you purchase a Painting by Paulette, you can expect free shipping and that your painting will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase. When the painting is shipped, you will receive a phone call and text to inform you of the estimated date of delivery.   

If there is significant damage to the box, please call and text Paulette at your earliest convenience at (319)330-5449.  Any damage that has occurred will be repaired by Paulette and re-sent to your address.  Should you be dissatisfied with your repaired painting, a full refund will be issued.
